PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route searching device capable of precisely searching for a more optimum route, a route searching method, and a route searching processing program. SOLUTION: The route searching device determines the traffic situation of a road corresponding to a link (referred to "third link") connected to a node other than one link and the other link when a movable body moves from the road corresponding to the one link to the road corresponding to the other link via a connecting part corresponding to the node connected to at least three links. The route searching device obtains a node cost showing difficulty of movement from the road corresponding to the one link to the road corresponding to the other link based on the traffic state of the road corresponding to the determined third link, and searches for the optimum route on the basis of the link cost and the obtained node cost.
