PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit of an air conditioner capable of fixing heat exchangers so that the heat exchangers vertically stacked through a holding member and having bent portions, are not displaced from each other. SOLUTION: In this outdoor unit of the air conditioner where the upper heat exchanger 3 and the lower heat exchangers 4 vertically stacked through the holding member 2 and having the bent portions 5, are disposed in a housing including a plurality of supports 6 vertically disposed on a bottom plate 1, and the bent portions 5 are disposed in adjacent to the supports 6, the holding member 2 is composed of a holding portion 2a for holding the upper heat exchanger 3 and the lower heat exchanger 4, and fixed portions 2d extending to the supports 6 to be fixed.
