Method for diagnostics of condition of immunological reactivity in patients with complicated and critical forms of innocent obturation jaundice that includes blood sampling and its investigation. One determines concentration in blood plasma or interleukin-1 (Il-1), interleukin-6 (Il-6), interleukin-10 (Il-10). At statistically probable (р<0,05) increase of all three characteristics one diagnoses stage of immune defect. Under condition of probable increase of IL-1, Il-6 and decrease of Il-10 one diagnoses stage of immune toxicosis. Under condition of probable increase of Il—6, Il-10 and decrease of Il-1 one diagnoses stage of immune paralysis.. |
