<p>PURPOSE: A charging device for recycling weak power based on a serial connection control of a capacitor is provided to reduce installation costs by directly charging a storage battery with a high voltage using a generation facility with a low voltage. CONSTITUTION: A boosting unit is connected between a generation facility(1) and a storage battery system(2). A second weak power sensing controller(3-1b) control the output power of the generation facility within a sweep range by a plurality of switches(3-2-1 to 3-2-n). One ends of the plurality of switches are connected to a plurality of capacitors(C1-Cn). The other ends of the plurality of switches are connected to the generation facility. A second power boosting unit(3-2b) controls the voltage to the charging power of the storage battery system.</p> |
