PURPOSE: A hot cell carrier container basket transfer apparatus is provided to easily transfer a high level radioactive substance to a hot cell by remotely transferring the substance using a push rod. CONSTITUTION: A first basket(42) comprises a guide rail(41). A second basket(43) transfers a high level material to a hot cell by being transferred along the guide rail. A push rod(45) is composed for transferring the second basket. A guide groove(46) is formed with a long length while being separated from the guide rail. A ball rock(44) is convexly formed in order to be transferred along the guide groove.
