Provided are a high frequency signal transmission line whereby the width of a dielectric element can be reduced, and an electronic apparatus. A dielectric element (12) is formed by laminating a plurality of dielectric layers (18), and the dielectric element extends in the x axis direction. A signal line (20) is provided to the dielectric element (12), and the signal line extends in the x axis direction. A reference ground conducting body (22) is provided further toward the positive direction side in the z axis direction than the signal line (20). An auxiliary ground conducting body (24) is provided further toward the negative direction side in the z axis direction than the signal line (20). Each of the via hole conducting bodies (B1, B2) connects the reference ground conducting body (22) and the auxiliary ground conducting body (24) to each other, and is provided, in the dielectric element (12), further toward the negative direction side than the center in the y axis direction. The signal line (20) in a section (A2) where the via hole conducting bodies (B1, B2) are provided is positioned further toward the positive direction side in the y axis direction than the signal line (20) in a section (A1) where the via hole conducting bodies (B1, B2) are not provided. |
