The present invention aims to provide a flash memory which can set a page address, firstly read during starting-up and thus can reduce time for starting-up. The flash memory includes: a configuration register (240) which sets the page address which is first read during starting-up; and a controller (150) that reads the page address from the configuration register (240) during starting-up, transmits relevant page data from a memory array to a page buffer (170) based on the read page address, and executes an inner sequence which outputs the page data from the page buffer (170). |
