PURPOSE:To contrive the reduction of the idle time of input signal on an inverter circuit and the like by a method wherein a diode is connected between the base and the collector of a transistor, and in addition, a free-wheel diode which has been connected in forward direction between an emitter and the collector is provided. CONSTITUTION:A power transistor Q2 is driven by a driving circuit having transistors Q5 and Q6 as main constituent elements. When no freewheel current is running on a diode SR2, the driving current of the transistor Q2 runs on a resistor R3, a diode SR6 and the transistor Q2, and the base current in an OFF state passes through the route of the transistor Q2, a diode SR7 and a resistor R3, thereby enabling to run both current without fail. Also, when the free-wheel current is running on the diode SR2, as the base current at OFF state passes through a diode SR5, no charge is accumulated on the transistor Q2 and the idle time can be cut down. |
