<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting blade capable of securing dimensional accuracy, improving wear resistance, and performing stable cutting processing.SOLUTION: Provided is the cutting blade in which a substrate which is disk-like shape and has a resin phase on which super abrasive grains are disposed in a dispersed manner, is rotated around an axis and a cut material is subjected to cutting processing at a tip of an outer peripheral edge of the substrate. The resin phase is formed of an epoxy resin-silica hybrid cured material. The substrate is formed of at least three layers laminated in a thickness direction of the substrate, and on both outsides positioned along the thickness direction among the layers the resin phases are disposed respectively.</p> |
