PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain package strength and opening easiness.SOLUTION: A mount with a shrink film includes: a seal part 11c formed by bonding portions of a cylindrical shrink film 11 to each other; two perforation lines 15, 16 which are positioned at both sides of the seal part in a circumferential direction and extend in an axial direction; and a bonding part 13 which bonds a shrink film outer surface to a mount 12. The seal part and the bonding part are positioned between the two perforation lines in a circumferential direction.
