The authentication information management server 4 includes an activation execution part 22 which associates the registered authentication information specified by the received account specification information with terminal specification information of the portable information processing terminal 2, and performs authentication on the basis of whether the transmitted authentication information of the collection object corresponds to the registered authentication information associated with the terminal specification information of the portable information processing terminal 2 in accordance with the transmission of the authentication information of the collation object.
