<p>The present invention relates to a safety locking device installed in an insect-proof net. The present invention comprises: a first main body unit installed in a frame; a second main body unit installed in a window frame and detached from the first main body unit to enable the frame to be spaced from the window frame or attached to the first main body unit to prevent the frame from being spaced from the window frame; a rotation unit installed in the first main body unit and rotating to enable the second main body unit to be attached to and detached from the first main body unit; and a moving unit installed to be moved in the first main body unit and coming in contact with the rotation unit in order to block rotation of the rotation unit. The first main body unit comprises: a base unit having an insertion hole where the moving unit is inserted; and an elastic unit coming in contact with the rotation unit and providing an elastic force to the rotation unit. Therefore, the present invention prevents a child or a baby from easily opening the insect-proof frame so as to effectively prevent, in advance, the child or the baby from falling.</p> |
