Disclosed in the present invention is a target moving simulator including a target mounting stand where a target for simulation is mounted; a target moving member having the target mounting stand installed on a moving body formed to be curved in an arc shape to be moved; and a moving rail member formed to be curved in an arc shape, and having the target moving member installed to be moved, wherein the target moving member and the moving rail member is arranged to cross in the vertical direction, horizontal direction or horizontal direction and vertical direction.
