The present invention relates to a device to process a surface of a welding bead. The device comprises an operating part including an operating motor (20) and a switch box (30) in the rear of an upper surface of a base plate (10); a moving part including an operating wheel (44) moving the base plate (10) along a welding bead surface; a guide roller part attaching the base plate (10) to a first vertical base material (80); a cutter part inclined on the center of the base plate (10) to cut the welding bead surface between the first vertical base material (80) and a second horizontal base material (90) by using a cutter (60); a cutter control part controlling the cutting thickness of the welding bead surface by the cutter (60) by horizontally moving the cutter part; and a fixing part supported in the front and rear of the base plate (10) to turn on or off magnetic force between the second base material (90) and a switch magnetic device (72), fixed in a lower part of the base plate (10), according to a rotation direction of a handle (71). Therefore, the device equally and accurately cuts the material while automatically moving along the welding bead.
