PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle automatic brake control device capable of achieving both the deceleration of an own vehicle with respect to a leading vehicle and a vehicle travel control following up driver's intention. ! SOLUTION: A vehicle automatic brake control device comprises: brake control means actuating brake means of an own vehicle irrespective of a brake pedal depression operation if prediction time of a crash between the leading vehicle and the own vehicle calculated on the basis of a following distance between the leading vehicle and the own vehicle and relative speeds therebetween is equal to or shorter than predetermined time; and engine control means controlling an engine to have an engine output obtained by reducing an engine output set in response to an accelerator opening by a predetermined rate if the prediction time of a crash is equal to or shorter than predetermined time. !
