An electro-optic module comprising: an electro-optic panel that includes a first substrate, a second substrate arranged so as to face the first substrate, and an electro-optic material layer provided between the first substrate and the second substrate; a first light-transmissive plate that overlaps a side of the first substrate opposite to the second substrate in at least an image display region of the electro-optical panel in a state in which a portion of a surface of the side of the first substrate opposite to the second substrate is exposed; and a heat radiation member comprising a frame portion that overlaps the side of the first substrate opposite to the second substrate on at least a part of the exposed portion of the first substrate, anda parting portion that overlaps a surface of a side of the first light-transmissive plate opposite to the first substrate, wherein the second substrate is light-transmissive,the heat radiation member is made of a material higher in thermal conductivity than the first light-transmissive plate,the parting portion contacts the surface of the side of the first light-transmissive plate opposite to the first substrate,the frame portion contacts the side of the first substrate opposite to the second substrate, andend portions of the first light-transmissive plate and the heat radiation member which face each other are spaced apart from each other.
