<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image transfer device capable of suppressing vibration along a conveying direction of a sheet in a transfer head.SOLUTION: An image transfer device includes: a conveying mechanism for conveying a transfer sheet 31 and an image receiving sheet 32 along a conveying direction in a state that the transfer sheet 31 and the image receiving sheet 32 face to each other; a transfer head 23 for heating the transfer sheet 31 and the image receiving sheet 32 conveyed by the conveying mechanism and transferring images possessed by the transfer sheet 31 to the image receiving sheet 32; an energization member 25 for pressing the transfer head 23 against the transfer sheet 31 and the image receiving sheet 32 conveyed by the conveying mechanism in a state that the transfer head 23 can move along the conveying direction and moving the transfer head 23 along a direction opposite to the conveying direction when the movement distance of the transfer head 23 exceeds a prescribed distance; and a vibration control mechanism located side by side with the transfer head 23 in the conveying direction so as to suppress vibration along the conveying direction in which the movement in the conveying direction and the movement in the opposite direction in the transfer head 23 are repeated.</p> |
