<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen storage material which has low hydrogen release temperature and is excellent in deterioration resistance when used for repeatedly releasing/absorbing hydrogen and to provide a hydrogen storage tank. <P>SOLUTION: The hydrogen storage material is obtained by mixing/reacting 30-85 mol% of at least one metal borohydride selected from the group comprising sodium borohydride, lithium borohydride, potassium borohydride and magnesium borohydride, 10-50 mol% of at least one metal chloride selected from the group comprising magnesium chloride, aluminum chloride, nickel chloride, zinc chloride, iron chloride, cobalt chloride, tin chloride and palladium chloride, and 1-50 mol% of at least one metal hydroxide selected from the group comprising sodium hydroxide, lithium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide with one another. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
