The present invention relates to an optical member capable of realizing a light image of a desired shape by designing a pattern and a lighting device using the same. The optical member includes a 3D effect forming unit which is formed on a first side of a base material and a multiple effect forming unit which is arranged by being stacked with the 3D effect forming unit. The 3D effect forming unit includes a plurality of main patterns which are successively arranged on the first side of the base material in a first direction and include inclined surfaces with a tilt angle with regard to the first side. The main patterns form a linear beam of a first path which is orthogonal to each pattern extension direction of the main patterns by inducing incident light in a first side direction or a second side direction by the refraction or the reflection of the light on the inclined surfaces. The multiple effect forming unit includes a plurality of optical patterns which convert the linear light of the first path into a plurality of linear lights of two directions across the first path.
