The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus for press-fitting a bush to a both-end burring type of a hollow arm including a body portion and a wing portion extended from both ends of the body portion and provided with a bush coupling hole. The manufacturing apparatus comprises: a support portion which supports the bottom of the hollow arm and is provided with a through-hole corresponding to the bush coupling hole of the hollow arm; a deformation preventing portion which includes a reciprocating means installed on each of both sides of the upper portion of the support portion and a core connected to the reciprocating means and inserted into an inner edge of the wing portion of the hollow arm to prevent deformation at the time of bush pressurization coupling; and a guide portion which includes a case installed on the through-hole side on the lower side of the support portion and having an opened upper portion, a guide pin provided in the case and formed to be inserted into the inner hole of the bush to guide a bush to the bush coupling hole of the hollow arm, and an elastic means provided in the case to provide elastic restoring force to the guide pin, thereby preventing deformation of the hollow arm at the time of bush press-fitting coupling.
