Provided is a method for manufacturing iron particles containing a ferritic structure and a martensitic structure by decarbonization. The method for manufacturing iron particles comprises the steps of: i) providing molten iron; ii) converting the molten iron into fine particles by atomizing the molten iron; and iii) providing a plurality of iron particles by decarbonizing the fine particles by applying decarbonization gas containing steam, hydrogen, and nitrogen to the fine particles.
