PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight hand excellent in productivity, and a watch having the same. ! SOLUTION: The watch includes a cylindrical part 10 having an outer peripheral surface formed in a square shape. A pair of collar-shaped projection parts 11 is provided opposite the axial direction on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 10. The watch further includes: a metallic hand attachment member 8 attached with a hand spindle 5 on the cylindrical part 10; and a resin hand body 7 having a through-hole 9 formed in the same square shape as that of the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 10. The inner peripheral surface of this through-hole 9 is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 10, and integrally formed of insert molding in a state that an edge part 9a of the through-hole 9 is sandwiched between the pair of collar-shaped projection parts 11.
