The latter can possess appropriate potentials with difference above 5000 V at definite moment of car operation. Insulating wall (124, 126) extends at a distance from at least one of said first and second conductors (102, 106) and has first point (P1, P2) nearby first conductor (106) and second point (P?1, P?2) nearby second conductor (102).
