PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide substituted acylanilides and methods of use thereof.SOLUTION: The invention provides substituted acylanilide compounds and uses thereof in treatment of a subject, in particular, treatment of a variety of diseases and conditions in a subject, including a muscle wasting disease and/or disorder, or a bone-related disease and/or disorder. In one embodiment, the invention provides an S-isomer of a compound of formula (I), represented by the structure of formula S-(I), or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, pharmaceutical product, crystal, N-oxide, hydrate or any of combinations thereof. |
