<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge scraper reducing the number of bearings without deteriorating supporting strength of a drive shaft and facilitating the installation and the maintenance thereof. <P>SOLUTION: In the sludge scraper in which flights 4 are attached to an endless chain 3 stretched between a main sprocket wheel 1 and a driven sprocket wheel 2 arranged in a settling pond P, sludge precipitated on a pond bottom Pb are scraped together to a sludge pit Pa side by circulatingly driving the endless chain 3, both the end parts of a driving shaft 5 are rotatably supported by bearings 9 supported so as to face fixed bracket 7 projected from the side walls W of the settling pond P, and a driving sprocket wheel 6 driven by a driving motor M is fixed to an extending part of the driving shaft 5 extended outside of one bearing 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
