PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a missing value estimation device and a missing value estimation method capable of estimating a missing value by taking into account the mounting method or the mounted place of a movable type sensor node.SOLUTION: A missing value estimation device according to the present invention comprises: an aggregation unit 14 for aggregating, from among record groups, records complete with explanatory variables as a record group to be analyzed; a section statistic unit 15 for calculating, for each of records in the record group to be analyzed, a statistic value of explanatory variables of record groups generated from the same object and adding it as an explanatory variable of the record; a variable selection type regression analysis unit 16 for calculating the coefficient of explanatory variables for the record group to be analyzed to which the explanatory variable was added, and removing a variable having low correlation from the explanatory variables; and an estimation unit 17 for calculating, on the basis of the result of multiple regression analysis, the value of an objective variable from the value and coefficient of each explanatory variable of a record including an objective variable. |
