PURPOSE:To reduce the gap of an exhaust gas side hole of an outer fan cover without increasing the number of parts by integrally forming a plurality of inward projections on the exhaust gas side end of the cover. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of inward projections 32a are formed circumferentially on the exhaust gas side end of an outer fan cover 32 which encloses an outer fan 1. The projections 32a are formed by first forming a plurality of partial notches in a circumferential direction on the outer periphery of the exhaust gas side end of the cover 32, then inwardly extruding the end formed with the notches. The gap of the exhaust gas side hole 5 of the cover 32 can be reduced by suitably forming the shape and the size of the projections 32a, the interval to the adjacent projections 32a and the interval to the outer periphery of a frame 3 or a bracket 4. |
