<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin made micro component having a microstructural flow path, excellent in cross-sectional accuracy of the microstructural flow path and plane uniformity in a longitudinal direction of the flow path. <P>SOLUTION: The micro component is made of synthetic resin and has the microstructural flow path with groove width of 0.3 to 2,000μm and groove depth of 0.3 to 200μm. The length of the flow path intended to have uniform depth in the longitudinal direction of the flow path is 5 mm or over, and dispersion of the depth in such a portion of the flow path of the 5 mm or over falls within±2%. When the groove depth is 100μm or over, it is preferable to restrain the dispersion of the groove depth within±2μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
