<p>The present invention provides an earphone device capable of outputting a sound source optimized for personal hearing characteristics, comprising: a hearing characteristic information setting unit for receiving, from a hearing characteristic information collection device, hearing characteristic data corresponding to a sound pressure level optimized to be audible for each corresponding frequency, processing the received hearing characteristic data and setting and storing the processing result as personal hearing characteristic information; a sound source characteristic information generation unit for detecting a sound pressure level for each frequency of a sound source when the sound source is provided from a sound source provision device, processing the detected sound pressure level and generating sound source characteristic information; a sound pressure level adjustment unit for comparing the sound source characteristic information with hearing characteristic information and generating sound pressure level adjustment information by increasing or decreasing a sound pressure level such that the sound pressure level for each frequency which is included in the sound source characteristic information corresponds to the sound pressure level optimized to be audible for each frequency which is included in the hearing characteristic information; an equalizing unit for performing equalizing processing for the sound pressure level on the basis of the sound pressure level adjustment information; a sound source output unit for outputting the equalizing-processed sound source through a speaker; and a control unit for controlling the constituent elements.</p> |
