PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer syringe barrel having superior moldability and having a multilayer configuration accommodated to use applications.SOLUTION: A multilayer syringe barrel 200 includes: a nozzle part 1 to which an injection needle can be connected; a cylindrical part 3 having a flange 5 at an open end; and a shoulder part 2 for connecting the nozzle part 1 to the cylindrical part at an opposite side to the open end. An angle formed between a central axis of the multilayer syringe barrel and a shoulder-part outer surface, and an angle formed between the central axis and a shoulder-part inner surface are 100°-140°, and the wall thickness of the shoulder part is larger than the wall thickness of nozzle part in the shoulder part side.
