PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition in which an alkali etching time matches a general DF peeling time, and the margin of the alkali etching time is wide.SOLUTION: A resin composition comprises (A) polyimide having a phenolic hydroxyl group and a structure represented by general formula (1) and (B) an oxazoline compound, and has glass transition temperature of 110°C or less. In the general formula (1), R is a bivalent organic group.
