<p>The present invention relates to a solar cell control device and control method. The solar cell control device comprises: a solar cell module including a first output terminal and a second output terminal, an input filter condenser connected between the first output terminal and the second output terminal and charging and discharging power output from the solar cell module, a converter connected to the input filter condenser in parallel and converting power output from the input filter condenser into pulse type DC power, an inverter connected to the converter in series, converting the pulse type DC power into AC power, and applying the AC power to an electric power system, a decoupler connected to the input filter condenser in parallel, storing energy when power output from the solar cell module is greater than instantaneous power of the electric power system, and discharging energy when power output from the solar cell module is smaller than the instantaneous power of the electric power system, and a controller detecting currents from an input inductor and a battery and of the decoupler, comparing the currents detected from the input inductor and the battery with a current reference to obtain an error, generating a compensation signal for compensating for the error, adding the compensation signal to the error, generating a switching signal, and applying the generated switching signal to the decoupler, wherein the current reference may be obtained from instantaneous power reference of the electric power system.</p> |
