An apparatus of informing early forest fire outbreak is provided by comprising: a storage body for storing volatile organic dye and high-pressure gas; and a valve device connected to the storage body comprising a valve body, wherein the valve body comprises: a hollow part connected with the storage body; a shape memory alloy spring formed at the hollow part; a ball for opening and closing placed to be movable within the hollow part receiving spring force by the shape memory alloy spring; a sealing member that cooperates with the ball for opening and closing and seals the smokescreen materials and gas of the storage body from the container, and a hole unit formed on the internal side of the valve body that enables the sealing member to keep being inserted. |
