A radio communication system comprising: a first radio station which transmits first data scrambled with a first 5 scrambling code by use of a first radio format; a second radio station which receives the first data and converts the first data to second data by scrambling the first data with a second scrambling code and transmits the second data by use of a second radio format; and a third radio 10 station which receives the second data.
