The present invention provides a high strength wire rod and steel wire having excellent wire drawability, and a method to manufacture the same. According to the present invention, the high strength wire rod and steel wire having excellent wire drawability is capable of being drawn by performing one intermediate heat treating process which was performed twice and included in a drawing wire manufacturing process, and twisted more than 60 times not to generate delamination and to have very high strength.
