PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mesh sheet for building repair work which has an odor-reducing effect of reducing odors of chemical substances and organic solvents of a repair work material for condominiums and a diffusion prevention effect of preventing diffusion of the orders emitted retains well the odor-reducing effect by simply exposing the sheet in a pitched state to sunlight during the repair work period.SOLUTION: A gas-permeable composite contains a longitude coating thread line and a latitude coating line composed of a soft vinyl chloride layer covering a plain-woven fabric in an arrangement density of 20-30 lines/25.4 mm to obtain a fill factor of 65-80%. The soft vinyl chloride resin layer contains an odor adsorbable particle in a content of 3-10 mass% relative to the amount of the soft vinyl chloride resin layer, and the odor adsorbable particle consists of a mixture of white coal particles and tourmaline particles in a mass ratio of 3:1 to 1:3 or is based on their composite baked product.
