<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baking auxiliary cooking equipment for baked bread, which can devise a method of supporting bread and bake properly without impairing original texture and taste.SOLUTION: A baking auxiliary cooking equipment for baked bread includes: a substrate 2 extending to an axial direction; end plates 3a, 3b erected on at least one end side of the substrate 2; a plurality of movable plates 4 movably supported to the end plates 3a, 3b in the axial direction of the substrate 2, which supports targeted baked bread in a standing state for each chunk; and a movable plate interval adjustment part 5 for adjusting an interval between each movable plate 4 in the plurality of movable plates 4. By this, it is possible to support each chunk in a form along the movable plate 4 by sandwiching each chunk of the baked bread in a standing state, which has been cut into a plurality of chunks to be baked, between the movable plates 4, and thereby bake each chunk properly.</p> |
