The present invention relates to an auxiliary driving device of a turbine for emergency use in a power plant which comprises: an electric motor operated as power is supplied, and operating a turbine; a hydraulic motor to forcibly operate the electric motor when power is not supplied to the electric motor; an intermitting unit intermitting the connection between the electric motor and the hydraulic motor; and an auxiliary driving unit supplying oil for operation to the hydraulic motor. The present invention can be easily handled unlike the existing technology, prevent an oil temperature increase in accordance with the operation for a long period of time, protect the hydraulic motor by maintaining or decreasing the temperature of the oil, and prevent thermal deformation of the turbine.
