<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new enzyme specifically acting on D-mandelic acid derivatives, and further, a simple method for measuring the D-mandelic acid derivatives by using the new enzyme. <P>SOLUTION: This D-mandelic acid derivative dehydrogenase is provided by being separated from a D-mandelic acid derivative-utilizing bacteria. Further, the D-mandelic acid derivatives can be measured by mixing the dehydrogenase with a test material, and detecting a signal generated from a catalytic reaction eg. an electric current generated from a reductive coenzyme and the catalytic reaction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
