<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method of a temperature responsive cell culture substrate covered with a temperature responsive polymer whose hydration force changes in a temperature range of 0-80°C. <P>SOLUTION: The cell is exfoliated and evaluated within 24 hr after seeding the established cell line on the surface of a temperature responsive cell culture substrate without using a protein hydrolysis enzyme but only by thermal treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
