PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit irregularities from being generated on the main surface of an insulation substrate for an electronic component.SOLUTION: In arrangement of ceramic crystal particles located on the main surface of an insulation substrate 1 for an electronic component made of ceramics, in a vertical cross-sectional view, when the height up to the line segment connecting from a bottom part between neighboring ceramic crystal particles 2 to an apex of the neighboring ceramic crystal particles 2 is H, and the distance between the apexes of the neighboring ceramic crystal particles 2 is L, H/L≤1/2 and 0.1 μm≤L≤0.9 μm are satisfied. |
