FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: prosthesis represents a frame with a supporting base of an out-of-round cross section and smoothly rounded racks and comprises a flap obturator made of a polymer material or a biological tissue and a suture cuff. A support base of the frame in a plane perpendicular to a central axis of the prosthesis; it has a drop shape fitting the shape of a natural fibrous ring of the tricuspid valve. The flap obturator comprises equivalent front, back and septal leaflets, and a blood upstream edge of the support base within the front and back leaflets is curved towards the blood flow through the valve.EFFECT: higher reliability by reducing loads and eliminating a risk of suture cutting.4 cl, 5 dwg
