<p>The multiple connector, for wires in motor vehicles, has a jack incorporated to allow a second pair of ignition contacts to be connected into the ignition circuit with the first pair as for a six-cylinder engine with two ignition coils. The jack assembly (8, 12) is located next to the cable (6) entering the end of the housing (3). The rectangular housing consists of two parts held together by screws and holding a connector block (4) between them. The incoming and outgoing wires and the assembly wires are connected to this block.</p> |
