摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an optical-fluorescence pH sensor which prevents the measurement or the base of a reference from being changed even under an influence of external light by transmitting and reflecting stimulus light at a determined quantity; facilitates the replacement and repair of consumable products; and measures a pH by analyzing the light source of fluorescent light emission proportional to the hydrogen ion concentration in a chemical and an optical analysis method. More specifically, the present invention relates to an optical-fluorescence pH sensor, which comprises: a sensor body having sensor units installed therein, connected to an optical signal treatment unit respectively, irradiating stimulant light, checking the irradiation amount, and receiving the fluorescent light; an optical unit positioned in front of the sensor unit, identically dividing the stimulant light to be permeated and reflected, converting the stimulant light into an excited state, and diffusing and emitting the fluorescent light formed by the reaction with hydrogen ion at the measuring position; a detection unit positioned in front of the optical unit coated with a pigment which is excited by the stimulant light of the sensor unit, and becomes fluorescent by reaction with hydrogen ion; and a separable temperature sensor having a protective end and the end terminal on the other side of the end terminal of the sensor body to be exposed or projected. Accordingly, the optical-fluorescence pH sensor can stably supply light by eliminating the undesired stimulant light entered through calibration proportional to the generated offset, and passing a light source with necessary wavelengths; thereby having the effect of improving the accuracy of measurement.</p>
