Disclosed is a soil microbial agent using native microbes. The present invention organizes the native microbial agent using a base formulation in which multiple microbes are mixed, or mixes the native microbes which are collected and cultured to be locally tailored and/or a plant customized microbial agent which provides non-chemical nutrients required for plant growth. Therefore, the customized soil microbial agent manages green and arable lands in an environment-friendly manner, thereby: restoring the green and arable lands, which became infertile due to long term chemical management including agricultural chemicals and fertilizer, back to original nature to promote environment-friendly growth of plants or crops; reducing chemical management costs including fertilizer and agricultural chemicals; and minimizing chemical management through soil treatment and environment-friendly management which is harmless to human body. |
