PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting diode module.SOLUTION: A light-emitting diode module 100a includes: a transparent substrate 106; a plurality of light-emitting diode chips 108; electric wires; a transparent capsule; and two electrode plates 118, 120. The transparent substrate 106 has a first surface 102 and a second surface 104 which are directed in respectively different directions. The plurality of light-emitting diode chips 108 are fixed on the first surface 102. The electric wires mutually electrically connect the plurality of light-emitting diode chips. The transparent capsule is arranged on the first surface 102 and almost completely surrounds predetermined light-emitting diode chips and the electric wires. The two electrode plates 118, 120 are stuck to the first surface 102 or the second surface 104 and configure two power supply input terminals of the light-emitting diode module 100a by electrically connecting the predetermined light-emitting diode chips 108 by the electric wires.
