PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of use of an electrode while suppressing looseness of an electrode body in a battery case.SOLUTION: A battery 10 includes: a battery case 11 equipped with a cylindrical part 13 having a housing space S in the inside thereof; an electrode body 23 which is housed in the housing space S, in which a positive electrode plate 24, a negative electrode plate 26, and a separator 25 arranged between them are overlapped in the direction intersecting with an axis A2 of the cylindrical part 13; and which has a small diameter part 23A whose outer diameter B1 is smaller than an inner diameter B2 of the cylindrical part 13; and a spacer 27 which is arranged between the cylindrical part 13 and the electrode body 23 and abuts on the inner surface of the cylindrical part 13 and the outer surface 23B of the electrode body 23. In the electrode body 23 in the cylindrical part 13, an axis A1 of the electrode body 23 is arranged at a position different from the axis A2 of the cylindrical part 13. |
