The purpose of the present invention is to provide a low pressure oil and a high pressure oil through one oil pump at the same time and to reduce a power demanded for a driving part. The present invention relates to an oil pump including: a housing which is equipped with a pump chamber having a suction inlet, a first discharge outlet and a second discharge outlet; a rotor installed eccentrically with the center of the pump chamber; a plurality of vanes arranged in the rotor radially and appearing in the radial direction of the rotor according to the rotation of the rotor. The present invention also provides an oil pocket by the pump chamber and the vanes installed in the rotor; the suction inlet in an unilateral area of a line connecting the center of the pump chamber and the center of the rotor; the first discharge outlet and the second discharge outlet at the other side of the area. The present invention has the non-compatible dimension of the suction inlet and the first discharge outlet by the oil pocket of a first sealing rand placed between the suction inlet and the first discharge outlet; the first discharge outlet and the second discharge outlet by the oil pocket of a third sealing rand placed between the first discharge outlet and the second discharge outlet; the second discharge outlet and the suction inlet by the oil pocket of a second sealing rand placed between the second discharge outlet and the suction inlet.
