A manufacturing method for providing an oriented electrical steel sheet by an embodiment of the present invention comprises 3.0-4.0 wt% of Si, 0.05-0.2 wt% of Mn, and 0.02-0.2 wt% of Cr. The remainder of the present invention includes: a step of manufacturing a hot rolled plate by performing a hot rolling operation after heating a slab including Fe and impurities; a step of annealing the hot rolled plate with the hot rolling operation; and a step of cooling the hot rolled annealed plate complete with the hot rolling and annealing operations, wherein the step of cooling the hot rolled and annealed plate may start a cooling operation quickly at a temperature (°C) equal to or more than 650 + 33.7*[Si] + 38.4*[Cr] -34.3*[Mn].
