Disclosed is a pouch case to maintain the optimal performance of a secondary battery even at low temperature, and a secondary battery including the same. A secondary battery according to the present invention includes an electrode assembly where an anode plate faces a cathode plate; and a pouch case which receives the electrode assembly in an interior space and includes a metal layer, an external insulating layer, an internal bonding layer, and a heating layer which generates heat when a current flows. |
